IK test
Impact Protection or Mechanical impact standards determine the degree of protection that the product has against the external harmful impact like vandalism. International standard IEC 62262 is used in conjugation with IK testing for determining the IK values for the respective products. These rating values are given from 00 to 10 with 00 being the no protection while the 10 means the highest which are based on the amount of joules force applied on the object.
